This movie is about a man who talks like a parrot. His mouth doesn't know how to stay in one place. Anything he sees, he must talk about it. Anything that happens, even when he is not involved, he must go and pay attention and listen. He gossips all the time and cannot see anything without saying something about it. He is really a talkative person, and seriously, the way Thomas talks in this movie really surprised me. At some point, I even wondered and asked myself, is this how he talks in real life?
Thomas has a wife who has just married him. Immediately after they had love together that night, he went outside the next morning and started shouting something that really made me laugh. He said:
Hello, my neighbors, my wife too sweet ohhhh! 😂
His wife was really surprised that his mouth had reached this stage, where he would even say something like this to the neighbors. She ran outside and covered his mouth. They started yelling and arguing, while Thomas was saying it was just a normal thing because he was trying to show everyone who his wife was and how sweet she was.
His wife tried to make him understand that a man is not supposed to be talking this way, but every time she said that, he would get angry and start unnecessary quarrels. Seriously, Thomas is indeed a talking Thomas.
Because of the level of Thomas's talking, his wife invited a pastor to come and pray for him. After the pastor came, he said there was no need for prayer. He then told them that the only thing that would stop Thomas from talking was to put a magnet on his mouth for one week, and they should not allow him to eat. He should do a dry fast for seven days and seven nights.
Thomas was shocked when they told him this. He did not want to agree, but he himself was scared of how much he was talking, so they put the magnet on his mouth because of the level of his talking.
Thomas later stepped outside to buy something and saw a lady dancing by the roadside. Because his mouth could not stay in one place, he went directly to her and started talking, asking her why she was dancing by the roadside while married men were watching her. She was squatting down and dancing anyhow.
This got to the point where people even started gathering and blaming Thomas, but he still insisted that he was the one saying the truth. He kept talking like a parrot, and people were even shocked by what kind of man could not just keep his mouth shut for a minute.
Even when Thomas is alone, he speaks and talks to himself as if he is talking to a crowd. At night, his wife is sleeping, but Thomas doesn't sleep. He keeps talking to himself.
After some time, while he was talking to himself, he tried to say some words but found out that his voice was not coming out. He could hear, but he could not talk. He woke up his wife and tried talking to her, but she couldn't hear his voice. She was also surprised and wondered what had happened and what he had done.
Thomas tried to speak, but unfortunately, no words were coming out.
After his wife tried her possible best to help Thomas get relief from this terrible condition, she invited a man of God, and he prayed for him powerfully. Thomas started talking again immediately.
But as soon as he started talking, he revealed a terrible secret to the man of God. He told the man of God about something that nobody knew except him and his wife. The man of God was absolutely surprised. He wondered how this man knew about the secret between him and his wife—that his wife could not give birth because she had no womb.
Thomas did not even know when those words came out of his mouth. His talking had reached an even higher level. He was now talking more than he did before.
His wife said she could not continue with this kind of man. She told him that she would leave the house and would not come back until he had changed and learned to keep his mouth shut.
Thomas did not want to lose his wife. He begged her, knelt down, and pleaded with her with all his heart. She also loved him, so she decided to give him another chance.
Sincerely speaking, watching Talking Thomas made me laugh at some points so much that I could not even control myself. The level of Thomas's talking is something I cannot even comprehend. I even started wondering if this is how he really talks in real life. Indeed, Thomas is really a talkative, and almost everything about him is just so funny.
