Magandang buhay💛
A wet morning in DD (just like the previous days), and so my little boy has not gone for a walk this week, although we occasionally carry him outside where he gives his nose a workout, sniffing the air. He was a bit grouchy yesterday, especially after I told him we would go out, but we ended up staying indoors because the rain poured.
He lay on the couch, sighing loudly, and gave me a cold shoulder, and wouldn't look at me when I was talking to him. It's one of his amusing and very effective little antics.

I did bring him outside when the rain subsided. At least he wouldn't think his mommy was lying, and I wouldn't feel so guilty either, lol! Sometimes, he would not budge an inch when I called him out of the bedroom. But once he heard the word "outside," he'd come running. So whenever we told him such, we had to do it.
At some point during the day, he wanted to sit on my lap (as he often did on other days), but I was doing some editing, so he was asked to curl up on his blanket first and wait. He did so, but then he kept giving me what I call his legendary side-eye (his mouth curved like that), which indicated he wasn't really happy.

Of course, to pacify him, he got a warm cuddle and kisses too, and he even got to curl up on my lap while I did things.
When he got bored, he resorted to playing with one of his pillows, dragging it across the floor. (Pardon me for these blurry shots; they were from a video recording).

Then, as if feeling satisfied, he went back to the couch and lay on his back with his paws up, as if saying, "Yehey! I won! Now, it's time to relax!"😅

It's just amazing how our furry babies can clearly communicate their feelings (tantrums, disappointments, excitement or joy), even without saying a single word. And we are grateful 'coz this little guy has been adding life to our home since he came.
