I watched a lot of stuff but i never try to write a review as you can say that I'm so lazy to write a review it's also because that i started to watch long season and then I just watch and watch it lol. But yeah now after a long time i want to write a review here about a movie which I watched yesterday and believe me only thing inspired me to write the scrobble.life initiative by @acidyo and then a contest by @wiseagent so i think let's try new things and give it a chance.
Project Hail Mary!!!
So, the movie was released in March 2026 and i watched it yesterday i know I'm late to watch it but I'm happy that i watch it anyway and i didn't skip this masterpiece.
When you watched a trailer you think that movie is about science and space but the movie is more then about space and science. There's nothing I could say that this disappointed me also i watched it without skipping the scenes.
The movie is about a school teacher who loves to engage with students but suddenly he has an invite to go on space on a project and he denied the offer as he said I'm a science teacher and I'm not an astronaut but they sent him in space anyways to work on the project, by the way his ship name was "Mary" which is cute when he often talked to his ship.
At first he almost lost his memory and then he started to come back it slowly and remind who is he and why he's here and then he started to work on it. I'm not giving you guy's any spoiler. But Ryan gosling really did a great acting in this movie as a character of grace.
The movie isn't about only about space that you think you may be bored after saw it, actually the movie bring a pure and strong friendship among the Galaxy and they show us a strong friendship bond of Rocky and grace as they really of great vision and big screen that you can't imagine.
Why it brings back a memory to me??
Let's go back in 2018 when i was a so much active on Facebook and i make some friends there. I met with a person there , he was similar to my interest as he and I have same interest which were like history and science. We started to talk in messenger and our talk's go deep about science. We recommend each other mostly books about history and science.
I love to watch at stars during night, a back time ago i love to called myself as a sky watcher and often we shared pictures of galaxies and stars. He then bought a telescope 🔭 to watch at the sky and i frankly said to him I'm happy for you but i feel jealous lol. So, the movie remind me that I'm also a teacher maybe some day really i go to space because the movie inspired me in a way that it doesn't mean you've to be an astronaut to go into space. But let's come back in reality and this dream is still a dream now it's been 8 year's of our online friendship. We talked often not regularly but still talk to each other.
