My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2023

Today I unusually wake up early at about 6 AM. At 6:30 AM, I walk along Baho Road two times. I see many exercise takers along the way. On the way home, I stop at Pan Hla teashop and buy a cup of tea takeaway. I arrive back home at 7:30 AM. Then I help my mother cooking for our monthly offering to monks. We cook chicken curry to offer to monks. We eat a little bit of chicken curry leftover after offering to monks as lunch. My father and I walk along Thukha Road in the evening again. On the way, I buy a pack of cigarettes and cheroots. Altogether I got over 15K activity counts. That is my actifit report for today.
