As a kid, We all accept funniest thing 🤣 as a reality. Which have nothing to do with real life. But when we become adults, things sound like funny.
Similarly, I also believed in some of funniest thing. And were funny but with deep meanings. Today I will share 7 Funniest thing that I believe as a child. But now I laughed because of my thinking 😏. Also those things have deep meanings. So let's start
7 Funniest Thing:
Following are the funniest thing that I believed as a kid:
Rain occurs when God opens tap:
In my childhood, I believed that rain occurs when God opens tap 🙂. Story begin when I asked my Khala (Aunt),'How does rain occur?'. I was curious child. But my Khala wasn't serious. She told me that rain occurs when our God opens a tap in the sky 😂😅. I didn't took the lesson seriously at the exact moment. After few months, I was watching cartoon or movie. Same exact thing happened in that show. Hence I started believing the theory of my Khala. So yep, my magical thinking were beyond limits. Since after that, whenever I see tap, I remember my khala's theory. Besides, now I laughed whenever I open tap.
Baby's from sky:
For 7+ years, I believe that children were born when a bird (Stork) delivered children from sky to parents 😏. All credits goes to cartoon network. Because cartoon network was primary source of magical education. Sometimes I think,'How long necked birds manages delivery like cloth can be tore' or 'How birds knew location'. But at the end of the day, I believe it's beyond my mind. One day, me & my friends were talking on biological chapter (You know if you know🙃). When I presented my concept of children infront of them. Huh! Everyone laughed as high as their throat can . I was confused but my friends weren't. My innocence died that day (RIP innocence). My friend slapped me with reality which destroyed 7+ years of magical world. Thanks to my so called bad friends who guided me in class 9. So now, whenever a new child is born, I remember my old magical world 😂.
What's Stork?
A Stork is a long legged bird with a long neck and strong beak. Due to strong beak, Stork bird was usually portrayed as baby delivering bird from sky in many cartoons & movies.
Black cat curse:
We all know the old rule. A black cat crosses your path, and suddenly your whole day is ruined. This type of thoughts were inserted by my family, friends & television. Whenever I see a black cat, I tried to stay away from him of her irrespective to gender. Even though I tried my best to stay away from every cat. One day, someone gifted my Khala (Aunt) a White Persian cat. We named her Koko. At first I didn't see or interact with Koko due to my nature. But then Koko started to play with my legs, sit in my lap when I watched TV. Doing stuff which melted my heart & after few incident, my love for cats increased. One day I saw a black injured act, laying down on ground Infront of ours neighbors house. I saw and my heart started feeling urgency of helping cat. I simply ran back towards kitchen in my house. Picked up bowl and poured some milk inside it. After that I went near to that black cat. Cat was afraid but can't stand due to injury in one leg. I simply placed the bowl infront of him or her. Cat didn't drink at start. But after sometime, he or she finished the entire bowl. That day I undertood that every creature is good but our intensive thoughts make their characters.
Black cats will be like: Bloody Human rascals :)
Orange seed trees in stomach:
One day I ate seed of orange. I noticed because I felt difficult to swallow that seed. I simply went to my mom and told whole story because I thought I will die. My mother said,' Go drink 2 glass of water otherwise a tree will grow in your stomach. In fear, I drink 4 glass of water. I spent whole day in a fear. Like I thought, a tree will blast from my stomach. But yeah, after that I ate less oranges. But with time I started to forget about this thing. One day, topic was related to plants in biology class. I don't know but I remember orange incident and asked my techer,'If I eat seed of orange, so will a tree grow in my stomach'. Teacher said,'Nice questions, seed will grow if your stomach has it's own sunlight and air'. Everybody laughed. Then teacher said,'Seed can't grow into stomach due to conditions. Plus stomach acid destroys seeds embryos'. So that day I understood, I am an idiot with imaginations. Like many times I imagine what happened if a tree comes our from my stomach. Will I die or will tree die 😂. But after my teacher clearance, I felt relaxed.
Mrs bean is real ?
When I was a kid, my favourite cartoon was Mr Bean. I watched Mr Bean all day and night. I even thought that he was a real person. I even imagined of meeting Mr Bean. Whenever the needle hit 10PM on click. I simply changed the channel to cartoon network & watched Mr Bean. Everybody knows that I love Mr Bean cartoons. So my family members even bring me toys related to Mrs Bean. Now I laughed whenever I see kids watching cartoons because I was one of them at my time. Mr bean is still my favourite cartoon. I don't watch cartoons now but yeah Mrs Bean has special place in my tiny heart.
Bubble Gum:
As a kid, I believed that bubble gum stays in stomach forever if you swallow them. So this imagination was created because my father told me that don't eat to much bubble gums otherwise you will have pain. I asked,How?. He replied,'Because bubble gums stay in you stomach forever if you swallow'. And my Nano (grandmother) confirmed it (😭😭 little child being fooled). Till now 21 years old me, I don't buy chewgum at my will. Like I eat it if someone gives me otherwise I neither eat nor buy bubble Gum. I only eat 3-7 pieces of bubble gum in a YEAR.
WWE isn't real:
The biggest heart break of my life is finding out that WWE fights aren't real 😭😑. I literally went into trauma. I watched every episode of WWE (Man fights not women) before finding reality. I was the big support of Roman Reigns, Undertaker, John Cena & many more. But now I laugh like how the hack did I believe. Like it's very realistic. Though, truth broked my heart. Read by yourself if don't trust me
Conclusion:
I smile whenever I remember my funniest thing. But as a mature person I see deep meanings in all of them:
- Rain is blessing for human beings. We feel fresh when rain occurs. Rain is the blessing of God. Without it, it's difficult for us human being to survive. Hence, rain is the final solution of human problems. Rain removes stress from human body.
- Truly speaking, My Khala said with right meaning like children's are God blessings for human being. If I learn truth at that time, then I believe I can't respect my emotions that I respect now.
- Judging someone by colour is racism. And similarly implementing your superstition due to black cat colour is third class cheap racism. So bets guide is to don't judge everyone. Just chill unless things are really dangerous for you.
- One of the funniest thing that I still laught on is Orange seeds 😂. Like literally how did I believe it. My mother was showing care for me. Because if she didn't told me, then I will not care next time. So yeah sometimes fear is okay.
- Sometimes actor played so well character that we started to believe in character. While the character was great but due to actor. Rowan Atkinson is still my favorite actor. And Mr Bean is my favourite character. So the conclusion is that we need to differentiat character with actor.
- Our parents care for our self. They know more about world then us. My father knows the damages caused by chemical foods. So He created a fear in me so I eat less bubble gum.
- For WWE, I even didn't found any lesson 😂. Like yeah WWE was enjoyment but what can we do. But still don't go to much in pit of entertainment.
My Advice:
Sometimes, magical world is okay but for limited time. Like you can't take magical world as truth forever. One day you need to face reality. So don't worry about magical words. Remember one thing, magical world in childhood is different form daydreaming in adulthood.
So somethings are okay to be unknown. But for limited time.
