Hace unas semanas entre mi esposo y yo cansados de no tener nada que ver decidimos ver algo al azar, vimos esta nueva serie que estaba en HBO max y nos pareció curiosa porque era una serie turca de acción y normalmente no es el genero que me gusta, de hecho odio la acción pero quise darle la oportunidad, porque después de todo me encantan las series turcas y seria la primera vez que vería algo que se sale del molde de todas las demás.
A few weeks ago, my husband and I were tired of having nothing to do, so we decided to watch something at random. We came across this new series on HBO Max, and it piqued our curiosity because it was a Turkish action series—and that’s not usually the genre I like. In fact, I hate action, but I wanted to give it a chance because, after all, I love Turkish series, and it would be the first time I’d watch something that breaks the mold of all the others.
Daghan es un hombre que regresa de prestar el servicio militar, Daghan espera encontrarse con su familia y amigos intactos pero la realidad lo golpea fuerte cuando se da cuenta que su familia es un completo desastre, sus hermanos ni siquiera viven ya en casa y sus padres no se hablan, llego pensando que quizás conseguiría las cosas tal cual las dejo en el pasado. Además de eso su novia está involucrada con un tipo que es un delincuente y Daghan además es reclutado como sicario para una compañía, al principio trabajando obligado y al final daghan se envuelve tanto en este mundo que ya se le hace imposible salir.
Daghan is a man returning from military service. He hopes to find his family and friends just as he left them, but reality hits him hard when he realizes his family is a complete mess—his siblings no longer even live at home, and his parents aren’t on speaking terms. He arrived thinking he might be able to pick up where he left off. On top of that, his girlfriend is involved with a criminal, and Daghan is recruited as a hitman for a company. At first, he’s forced to work, but eventually he becomes so entangled in this world that it becomes impossible for him to escape.
Esta serie tiene escenas bastante violentas para ser de Turquía donde he visto que no son tan explícitos con las escenas asi, pero funciona bastante bien junto con la acción y el drama pero esta serie no se limita solo a eso ya que tiene momentos muy graciosos, me he reído mucho con las ocurrencias de algunos personajes sobre todo mi personaje favorito llamado Mesut, un personaje único que no merecía un final tan malo. Pero en fin, esta serie tiene un poco de todo y realmente me gusto muchísimo.
This series has some pretty violent scenes for a Turkish show—I’ve noticed they’re not usually that explicit with scenes like that—but it works really well alongside the action and drama. However, this series isn’t limited to just that, since it also has some very funny moments. I laughed a lot at the quips from some of the characters, especially my favorite character, Mesut—a unique character who didn’t deserve such a bad ending. But anyway, this series has a little bit of everything, and I really, really liked it.
Tiene personajes que se hacen querer bastante y que lucen muy originales y bien estructurados y algunos giros de trama inesperados (aunque otros bastante predecibles) no es mi serie turca favorita pero definitivamente me gusto y me hizo romper ese molde de series que siempre son de otros géneros. Esta serie esta en HBO max y tiene 62 capitulos,
It has characters that are quite endearing and seem very original and well-developed, along with some unexpected plot twists (though others are quite predictable). It’s not my favorite Turkish series, but I definitely enjoyed it, and it broke the mold of series that are always in other genres. This series is on HBO Max and has 62 episodes.
