Unimpressed

Now and again you'll stumble across a cat who clearly has nowhere to be. This one, for example, had settled down on a wooden bridge, soaking up the sun and, by the looks of it, taking a nap.

I suddenly found myself right next to him — and apparently, I'd just disrupted his plans.

One look was all it took to make it clear that he wasn’t impressed.

I got the message and took off. Not getting the message is how you offend a cat.

A warm autumn day, sunshine, a cozy bridge. It’s hard to imagine needing much more to be happy. The only thing that matters is that nobody wakes you up.
