#1220 - Ifugao Shots for Sunday.

Moving now to our daily shots one chilly early morning last Thursday with my wife, two close friends and I were on a road trip heading towards Bontoc, Mountain Province. The drive was an adventure, the roads zigzagged. Then we decided to stop at the iconic Banaue Ifugao Arch which is a gateway to the region.
We stood here for a while and took numerous photos to capture the memory of our arrival before continuing. Then we drove a bit further into the Banaue town proper. Our stomachs were already growling, so we went to a restaurant along the main road.
We all ordered a load some breakfast and some hot coffee. The restaurant had a spacious view deck overlooking the mountains and the local houses. Seeing some terraces in the early morning was magical.
We sat here for some time enjoying our meals and savoring the rich aroma of our coffee which exactly what we needed;. This simple breakfast stop in Banaue was one of the highlights of our trip to Bontoc.
