Its Sunday and now finally I got time to respond. For those who don't know about me, let me tell you that I have a full-time job, and I don't have the privilege of working 5 days. Its 6 workinjobsob and I work for 14-16 hours a day in the office and there is also no way I can work from home; hence I just can't respond immediately to anything if it requires more detail. I am part of the PCI DSS compliant process (you can google for more details), so I don't have access to my phone when I am at work, and I keep the phone in my locker. I check phone notifications when I go for a break and obviously, that break is not too long (it's just 15 minutes). After covid life has been difficult and to fulfil my commitments, I have a job. I follow a very hectic schedule so this delay in this response is understood hope working people can understand my situation and what I am trying to say.

Now talking about the accusation by @anonyi I will try to answer as much as I can but if in case something is missed, then please let me know because I have only Sunday time to spend on this. I don't have 100 hours like him (anonyi) so please understand my situation. It may take some time, but I assure you that I will respond as soon as I can. I find Actifit an app that is superbly easy to use so I recommend everyone to start with it and try learning so they can learn gradually. Everyone uses the phone so they can install the app and it keeps on counting the score. We just need to publish the report and its also easy because there is no need to write a long post. Its not a content creation app so if you write more its good but if you don't write much then also you can publish.

Actifit doesn't have a curator position because the voting is completely automated by BOT. I don't know the current system but till the time I was part of the team, it was completely automated. I applied for moderator after seeing the message that they are looking for mods. The founder invited me to chat in DM and he shortlisted me. No one can influence the voting system in actifit so please get your facts corrected As a mod, my responsibility was to engage with users and help them learn and understand the app.
Now, a 'friend' of @alokkumar121 joins Steemit on 25th May 2019 (a couple of months after Reeta). This friend is @mukund123 and shared his introduction post a few later.

Use of ** ** for a horizontal line. Most of us already know that you can do a horizontal line on your post by either using < hr > (HTML formatting tag) or by using one of the ---, *** or ___ (Markdown formatting)
I am still not familiar with markdown, and I don't know how I learned the practice to insert lines in a post but because it worked for me, so I have been using it. I told the same to everyone who asked for this. As I said I am still not very comfortable with markdown so you will hardly see any markdown on my posts even after when I have been here for more than 5 years. Is not knowing markdown a crime? I think content is the key no matter how I do. If people like it, then they will follow else they can unfollow me if they don't like the way I present. Markdown formatting is not my thing, and I have no interest in learning it. Are you marking me a criminal for doing this? Is this a requirement to be on hive?
Similar Thumbnails and Interests in similar communities
Earlier I was using the images from open internet and mentioning the source also but later I got to know that this is not good practice because not all images are copyright-free. I started using canva to create my own and this way it may not be great but at least its mine hence there would never fall in the issue of copyright ever. You can check my posts that I started using canva much later and now you will hardly see my posts with images from the open internet. I asked other people also to do the same, but I am not sure if they followed it completely or not.
Talking about similar communities- I can get you a list of users posting in similar communities. I don't know how many total communities there on hive are but very few communities are active with a good user base. Are saying that people cannot figure this out other than you? You check my account again since the beginning and you will notice the change. I know a lot of people posting in just one community so I don't think that it's a valid reason. If you need a list of users sharing the same community interest, I can give you a list of such users by preparing it manually as I don't know how to fetch this through some API or something.
Can you notice the similarities? A background colour, with a few icons in the middle and a title on top (or bottom of it). He did the bare minimum to make them unique like changing background colors
I never checked this before but after checking it for some time in both images below, I could not see the same color. I like the background in black colour but I can't see the black background in the other one. Am I missing something here?

He is my cousin's brother, and I have already shared the links above that I posted in 2019 so it's not a secret. By looking at this photo anyone can say that both are different individuals. His account is his own and let me share more about his account-
From July to now when we are sitting in mid-November, he posted 4 times.

- In 3 posts he talked about Ethereum and it's because his knowledge of crypto is very limited.

That user is @wlffreitas and I don't know how you are connected with him. I am not sure if you are wlffreitas or someone else but that is not my area of interest. Bringing family members at the hive is not a crime and there are so many. If you need a list of such users, then comment and I can share that also. I often reeta0119 to go through many things in crypto that I am part of. She does it for some and does not for some and its completely her choice. For example, she plays splinterlands games currently, but I do play some other games also. We are one family, but it does not mean she will follow a completely different path or the same as I do. I am involved with so many crypto coins other than Hive, but she is not hence it's not a crime. If some topics are similar on hive posts, then also it's not a crime. There have been hundreds of times when I asked to write on the same topics, but she did only a few. She gives it time to read and understand first before writing. What is the problem if sometimes the topics are common and most of the time its splinterlands which is a leading game and millions of people are part of the game?

You said that it's her first 3speak video which is not the case. Check her 3speak profile and you will see that she published her first 3speak video 4 years back.
This video title is First Ever on 3Speak Shorts which you missed reading. Last year 3speak launched its shorts feature and she published her first ever shorts video and not a long-form video. This short video got a very good response from the community with almost 100 views and good engagement. It was not at all her introduction post/video, and I suggest you check it again.
Let's analyze this video in more detail. Look at her hand carefully around 0:13 seconds.
You need to analyse it correctly again and you will see that 2 videos are connected after editing. The first video is recorded in a room and the second is a river video. Both videos are not recorded in the same place and probably not on the same date. Read the video post description again below-

Is this a requirement to be on hive to share relationships? I see a lot of people who have not even shared their identity, and you are also one of them. Are you asking me to share all my relationships on Hive as if this is a requirement? Please understand that a lot of people on Hive don't share their identity and they want to stay anonymous hence asking this is irrelevant. I can choose to share or not to share and any individual on the chain is free to do so. If you still insist then You are certainly missing the main part of the chain where so many whales are anonymous, and I don't think that it's wrong. I indicated that I did not remove any delegation as I was wrongly pulled into this. I understand that sometimes mistakes can happen and even the HW team can commit the mistakes.
Though @hivewatchers did not say anything after this conversation and they just reacted with thumbs up, but it was taken differently. Let me show that as well and it will give you an even better picture of this.
You shared the snapshot below but again its half-baked information but don't worry, I will show you the complete picture. Man, I must tell you that cherry-picking or half-baked information is very bad but seems you have expertise on this.
An earlier incident, rima11, happened in September '23, and I thought it was closed, but it was not. At least how HW tried to pull me in again clearly shows this.
Just after a week I was blacklisted by HW without any notice/comment while I understand that they are supposed to notify the user before the blacklist. As per my understanding, HW must inform the users of unfair practices before putting them on the blacklist but in my case, seems they were in a hurry they missed following their SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and I still understand that this can happen. We are humans and humans can commit mistakes
I notified them on 6 Oct'23 that I was getting DV. As per HW, I was part of Teacher of Steem/ School of Minnows" fraud scheme but I heard this name for the first time and I asked them for evidence but they could not provide it. I think that they blacklisted me based on assumptions or maybe that is why I questioned them last time. Not sure though. Its simple that HW must have proper evidence in place and there is NO ROOM for assumption.
- I asked for the reason, and they replied that it was something new for me.
- PH put in their auto vote, which is beyond my control, and HW asked me to remove myself, which I could do, but it took some time as I did message the owner and finally, he did. I can be removed only if the trail owner does it and its not in my control. I reiterate that I never joined the PH trail back after exit.
- They shared an old snapshot which was for PH (project hope). I would like to inform you that I had exited the PH trail when it was marked unfairly by HW, and I never joined it back. I don't know why they shared this irrelevant snapshot which was for a very old PH case, and I indicated this to them.

- Later HW acknowledged that I was not part of Rima or backscratcher trail. see below-
- They tried dragging me into something that I was never part of, and I kept on telling them to verify again and provide evidence which they never did.
- HW did not provide any evidence for my abuse and finally, they asked me to contact Piotr and get me removed from his auto-vote.
- They also added something new that I did not know, and it was about Kenny-crane who is a legit user on the chain. I again clarified my side to make things clear and some snapshots can get you a clear picture that I was not involved at all
I DM Piotr and when I was sure that auto votes are disabled then I asked HW to verify and remove me from the blacklist which they did but overall, in this case, I was not at fault because of some confusion, Hivewatcher dragged me into this which they also acknowledged later. It makes sense, and again I do understand this.
I agree with @hivewatchers statement that the high reputation has been acquired mostly by farming these trails and engaging in different schemes.
Really? If this is the case then you must revisit your agreement because HW could not prove it, and they are known to act only if they have enough evidence
Also, being part of Splinterlands curation team, @reeta0119 was almost upvoted the maximum percentage most of the time by @steemmonsters and they milked a lot from this project alone.
Check again and I did not curate her for the last 1 year or so but it's all on chain and you can verify by yourself. Also, Leo curation has many ways that include organic, threads, X, community and stake-based. No curator has the power to vote, and a curator can only recommend twice a week hence if you claim that regular Leo upvotes are given to her then no curator can do this. It's a baseless accusation that you have also done with actifit which is not possible. Even if 2 posts are curated in a week which is not regular but, in that way, only 8 posts can be curated in a month, and this is not an abuse of curation. Also, for your knowledge, at inleo the vote % is not decided by curators and they can only recommend the posts, and that recommendation is not a surety of leo vote.
Apart from the occasional circle jerking and suspicious trails, he has a weird 'curation policy' of his own
Just to let you know that most of my votes are automated so that VP is not at 100% and I think one can choose to vote for people he/she likes, and everyone does it. Again, it's not relevant because I have never seen any policy, I need to follow to choose people I want to vote for or not.
You got it wrong again @anonyi because anyone can say that on both lists, not all people are the same. Let me tell you something that you could not figure out. Reeta has been voting for most of the Indian users but in my case and there are a good number of users on my voting list and they are not on another list.
You will always find him upvoting the same bunch of people and never upvoting for newer or smaller accounts. How greedy a person can get?
At the beginning of this post, I already shared what I have done in the past to help new users and it's all on chain. Since you are good at data pulling hence, please do that and get your facts corrected. I go through a busy schedule and have no time to see who new has joined the hive, but I am sure that is not a crime. Anyone can vote for whoever they like with their stake as long as those people are not abusers, and I can bet you that the people I vote for are legit users on the chain. Prove me wrong and I am happy to make the change in the auto-vote list. Also, you can see that I don't vote for Reeta and she is not on my top 10 voters list.

When you look at the post in its raw form, you will see the selfie is a screenshot. Why would someone upload a screenshot of a selfie? My guess is this was taken from a profile picture in web2 social media like Facebook or Instagram.

Now how would I know if he uploaded a selfie or snapshot? I have shared his social media, and I hope that you will be able to check it.
There is another connection that connects all these accounts and that is transferring funds to one account.
@cryptoswap - its clearly mentioned that. I buy hive/hbd by P2P through this account and this is not for posting. Crypto trading is very difficult in India and buying USDT is even more difficult. As I have already mentioned I invest in other cryptos also hence this way I can get hive without going through Indian exchange. Just for your knowledge, most Indian exchanges don't provide crypto withdrawal. Many hive users sell me their hive/HBD and I pay through UPI or IMPS which are popular payment methods. As a curator all participants are the same for me provided, they are following the contest rules, and I have voted for him dozens of times.
On Sep 24, 2022, as usual, I curated him, but he replied with abusive words, and I don't know why. I reported this to the curation team, and they decided to remove the vote. He later removed the comment but there was some discussion on the same thread that can also be checked. anonyi says blockchain remembers everything hence and its true. I am sure he will be able to find out the abusive words he used even after deleting. Man, @anonyi please help here.

Some incidents in sequence-
- His account wlffreitas was banned for SPL curation
- He used another account @kidbuu to participate in getting an SM vote but he was caught.
- The fun does not end here because he once again tried to cheat SPL curation. He used @wathefuckgoblin and participated in the SPL challenge but once again he was tracked.
Fun Fact-
- wlffreitas has been publishing posts to get liquid rewards through the reward.app and he was milking the reward through multiple accounts.
- He says he is not active on Hive because of me and he is active on steemit more. But his last post was published 24 days ago. If his account is abandoned, then how come this post is created?
- He has been a consistent farmer to milk reward and sending regularly to Binance
- He earned approx. 1800 HP through his main account and current holding is not even 100 HP. This is the classic example of farming and milking the reward. (some snapshots can be checked below for more details)

I have so much respect for you despite a few incidents where you have been biased, and its known on the chain. I strongly agree that you are needed in the hive to keep the abuse away but sadly you miss your ethics sometimes. If I am an abuser, then check my wallet and see HP. I have invested in Hive because I believe that its future is bright, and I have invested my 6 years in this chain. We at Hive struggle with a low user base but if you guys will try to keep people away who are committed then how we can expect Hive to grow? My content may not be the best but surely, it's not copied and plagiarized. I have no intention to hurt hive in any way and I will never do this. I am building HP because I believe that this is something that will be more valuable in future. I have not just invested my money in the hive but also invested my 6+ years. How many users do you know who have been on the chain for 6+ years and with a big stake like me? Most people come here for money, and they treat the hive like a money-making machine and start withdrawing from the time it's in their wallet.
I am replying to this post because you guys are involved and it's my responsibility to clear my side. I trust you people and it's your job to do thorough research and listen to the story of both sides before conclusion. Your words make a difference on the hive chain for anyone including me and it's my humble request to go through all aspects before passing judgment. I don't know who you are and I have no interest in knowing you. What identity do you have on the chain? If you know so much about Hive, why didn't you use the main account? I have been here on this chain with my real-life name, and I dare to go through any process. You mentioned that you spend 100 hours writing ~3500 words post, and then you can't expect an instant response. I spent the entire Sunday drafting this response. You tried sharing half-baked or incomplete information which is not the right way. I don't want to know the group of people involved behind this, but I have done nothing wrong, and I can prove this. You're asking for my identity but your identity is unknown and seems this account was created to do policing on the hive.
