Hey!
So I was planning to write here but I really haven't put that in action since a month ago. I have tried and the one I wrote is still incomplete, saved in my drafts. I wanna be productive at least every week, so I'm comming back from online hibernation.
I deleted my facebook app before and then installed it again because I need for important updates. It helps a lot, I got to lessen my screen time for doomscrolling and got to do something else offline.
Lemme share some things I've done the previous month.
The School Bag Hunt
My niece transferred here in Bacolod since no one would look after her in our hometown since her Mom is in abroad and her Dad is here. The Dad is working so my cousin asked me if I can look around downtown for her new school bag. We got errands so it's not a hassle to stopped by at some stores for it.
As we looked around, we've seen items on sale which wasn't our target here. We boughts clothes for ourselves and for my daughter first before we finally found a store that sells this kind of school bag.
It's a happy haul for us but we haven't got to buy any bags. I took photos of it and sent it to my cousin. I even called here to confirm which one might her daughter like but she's still undecided. We just left her with the choices and prices, then went home. She'll buy it on the other day, I guess.
Banh Mi and Latte
One of our dates, we stopped by at SM Foodcourt since I was so sleepy to grab coffee.
We went here straight from shift that morning process some documents. I'm glad they have coffee now, and it's a Vietnamese latte. It has a strong blend, but they just put too much sugar, though.
I joined My Grove this week!
I have been seeing this frequently on my Snap feed, and I got curious. I went through the dApp and signed up for it. You can visit my profile there if you're interested.
My Hive tokens has been sitting on my wallet for quite a while and I'm not that active on posting either. I thought that it should better to put it into use somehow, at least it's circulating and giving me some returns.
Currently, I've already planted 6 trees and I brought them using my Hive tokens, where you can earn some returns each time you water them. That's every 24 hours, but the community is helpful, though. Every help you receive, it would lessen an hour waiting time.
There are some other features that I'm still exploring. The returns aren't that much for a beginner but I just find it entertaining. I also love the feature where you can share your daily progress through posting it directly through Snaps. I might expand my land and plant some more soon.
