I didn't plan to become a smoothie person. It just happened.
I had two overripe bananas on the counter this morning. You know, those with brown spots that nobody wants to eat anymore. Instead of throwing them away, I tossed them in the blender.
Just bananas, cold milk, a few ice cubes, and a spoon of peanut butter. That's it. No sugar needed because the bananas were already sweet enough.
I blended it for like 30 seconds and got this creamy, thick, almost white shake. The kind that looks plain but tastes like comfort.
I sat by the window and drank it slowly. It was cold, smooth, and filling. Way better than coffee on a hot morning here in Laguna.
It's funny how something so simple can feel so good. No fancy ingredients, no protein powder, just what I have in the kitchen.
If you have extra bananas, don't waste them. Try this. It might become your morning ritual too.
