Life on Our Planet is narrated by Morgan Freeman and directed by Dan DeSanto. Life on Our Planet is one of the visually impressive documentaries about Earths history. It combines wildlife footage, cinematic CGI, dramatic storytelling and science to show how life evolved and survived major changes on Earth.
I recently discovered this documentary on Netflix. Although it doesn't rely heavily on CGI it attempts to depict the course of life on our planet. I think we've all watched a documentary at some point as its a diverse genre that always aims to be informative about a specific topic. Which reminds me that the last one I watched was about Amy Winehouse focusing on her years before her death.
Well the documentary I want to introduce to you today is called "Life on Our Planet." It explains, using evidence how life on our planet originated and continues to this day. It's very interesting to listen to especially since Morgan Freeman narrates this documentary in its original language. Furthermore Steven Spielbergs direction is another reason to watch it as his expertise in the field ensures the documentarys quality.
Life on Our Planet stands out with its visuals; it truly shows us both the wild and the beautiful aspects of our existence as living beings. A educational documentary its epic scenes captivate you with their satisfying narration and well-planned transitions effectively depicting each era of Earths history. What intrigues me is that there has always been some disaster that wiped out those beings believed to have been species but these are the workings of nature that at some point reveal their grandeur like the era when all the volcanoes erupted resulting in one of the greatest mass extinctions in history.
I'm on the fifth episode, which covers the age of the dinosaurs and their arrival and evolution right before the meteorite. I honestly don't know if it will go all the way to the day but logically they're telling a story about life on the planet and obviously I hope it continues that way. On another note I'm really excited; while I knit a bit listening to and watching these documentaries has been a way to pass the time these last few nights. Its been very relaxing; its been a while since I've watched a documentary and this one is a good way to get back into the genre. I already have others marked on my list that I hope to watch
This documentary belongs to a list of Netflix documentaries, which I consider a leader in this type of production with top experts and remarkable quality in everything they do.
