Hello, internet folk – how’s it going? Yesterday marked a historic milestone in the world of music: for the first time ever, a K-pop group headlined the famous Rock in Rio festival and brought the event to a spectacular close.

Stray Kids are a K-pop group with an eight-year career, although they belong to the K-pop (South Korean pop), Stray Kids (a group that is, in fact, self-produced under the sub-unit 3racha, led by the leader and founding member of the sub-unit, Bangchan) blend K-pop with other genres such as reggaeton, trap, cyber-rap and rock, creating a unique, loud, aggressive and rough style
Stray Kids es un grupo de kpop con una trayectoria de 8 años, aunque pertenecen al kpop (pop surcoreano) Stray Kids (grupo que de hecho se auto produce bajo la subunidad 3racha bajo la dirección del lider y primer miembro de la subunidad, Bangchan) mezcla el kpop con otros géneros como el reggaeton, trap, cyber-rap y rock con un estilo propio, ruidoso, agresivo y rudo.
Yesterday at Rock in Rio, the band broke records, not only with the fans in attendance but also with the general public present and the viewers watching on television. The comments are overwhelmingly positive, highlighting their power on stage, the physical intensity of their performance, their voices, their stage presence, the charisma of their frontman Bangchan and the ‘Felix effect’. Felix is one of the band members; with an angelic face, he is constantly compared to an elf from Norse mythology, but as a baritone, he has a deep, rich head voice (although he can reach high notes and has a considerably higher-pitched tone); this ‘discrepancy’ between his appearance and his voice makes him striking, and in fact it is he who tends to attract attention and introduce people to the group – ‘that K-pop group, the one with the elf-like boy with the deep voice’ – and that is what they call the ‘Felix effect’.
Ayer en Rock in Rio, El grupo rompió record, no solo con las stays presentes (sus fans) sino con el público en general presente y con los expectadores que los vieron por televisión. Los comentarios son positivos en su gran mayoría, hablando de la fuerza que tienen en el escenario, el esfuerzo físico de su performance, sus voces, su puesta en escena, el carisma del líder Bangchan y el "efecto Félix" Felix es uno de sus integrantes, rostro de ángel comparado constantemente con un Elfo de la mitología nórdica pero siendo barítino, tiene una voz de cabeza profunda y grave (aunque puede llegar a notas altas y tener un color de voz bastante más agudo) esa "discordancia" entre su apariencia y su voz lo hacen llamativo y de hecho esel que suele atraer la atención y hacer que la gente conozca al grupo "ese grupo de kpop, el del chico elfo con voz grave" y eso es lo que llaman "efecto Felix"

Incluso miles de asistentes y televidentes que nada tenían que ver con el kpop quedaron asombrados con el performance de los chicos, musica en vivo, efectos de luces, fuegos artificiales, carisma, impacto visual, vocal, creativo... Stray Kids lo tuvo todo y lo dió todo, dando un espectaculo sin presendentes y que sorprendió gratamente a mucha gente sobre todo a los 130.000 asistentes del festival
