Hello, community! I hope you’re having a productive start to the week, filled with new learning opportunities. As I do every Monday, I’m here to share my #MyHiveGoals—essentially an update on my progress toward my two main objectives on Hive. The first involves building up my HP (Hive Power) by managing my liquid Hive, while the second focuses on HBD held in "HBD savings." Here, I’m applying a "snowball" strategy, leveraging the 10% APR interest earned monthly. With only two and a half months left in the year, I’ve already met some of my goals, though others remain. I believe it’s still possible to reach them in the coming weeks, provided I organize myself better. For instance, I’ll be tied up with my university teaching duties until the first week of November, so I likely won’t be very active on the blockchain until then. But before we look at my progress, let’s check the price of Hive today.

This Monday, we’ve seen a notable drop in price to around $0.0489. While that’s a far cry from the $0.054 we saw last week, at least we aren’t teetering on the edge of $0.04—those were truly dismal times, and I certainly hope we don’t slide back to those levels in the coming weeks. In fact, I added some Hive to my wallet—purchased on Binance this past Friday at $0.051—though it wasn’t a loss, as I invested the majority of those funds into Splinterlands NFT assets.

I’ve kept a portion of those funds as liquid Hive to ensure I can stay consistent with my "power-ups"—both the major monthly power-ups on the 1st of each month and my daily power-up routine, where I stake at least 1 Hive every single day. Even so, I will continue buying Hive and sending it to my wallet—possibly as early as next week—to prepare for my future decisions in 2027, when I will focus most of my attention on increasing my HP.

Let’s take a quick look at the liquid Hive we currently hold: we had 298 last week, and now we have 332; we’ve been adding funds over the last two weeks. It’s not about reaching a specific target for the amount of Hive in our wallet, but rather ensuring we have funds available for power-ups during the #HPUD and #HPUM events. Unfortunately, since #HPUM badges are no longer being issued, I can’t show them to you, but we have been performing power-ups every single day since the start of 2025. The goal is simple: to complete all 365 days.

Of course, the ability to perform these daily power-ups serves a greater purpose: it contributes to our total HP, ensuring—as shown in the chart—a steady, consistent growth. Since my rewards are split 50% into HP and the rest into liquid Hive—which I then convert into HBD to be locked away—the growth isn’t as rapid as I might otherwise expect. Nevertheless, it was enough to reach this year’s goal of 12K HP; we are currently at 13.5K HP, accumulated through posts, votes, and interactions with the rest of the community.

I also need to get back to my microblogging activities. This type of engagement significantly boosts visibility, helps me connect with more people, and generates additional Hive/HP in the process. Once I clear some of my current obligations, I plan to resume active participation on platforms like Naps/Waves and Threads—a move that should help increase my earnings and give the growth chart a steeper upward slope.

Now, let’s move on to my real challenge for the coming weeks: our goal of 2,300 HBD. The rise in Hive over this last quarter has helped me make progress toward this goal, and it now truly appears achievable within the time we have. This week, we generated 6.365 HBD, which we decided to lock up entirely—since the amount is below 8 HBD. I need to generate at least 8–9 HBD to be able to set some aside and reinvest it into another project, such as Splinterlands.

This brings our total savings to 2,241 HBD. With two weeks left in October to reach our monthly target of 2,250 HBD, we are now only 50 HBD away from our annual goal. Given that there are two weeks remaining—and considering we are 15 days away from receiving our APR interest—it is quite possible that, with even modest earnings, we could surpass 2,270 HBD by the beginning of November, leaving us just 30 HBD short of our 2,300 HBD target!

Que tal comunidad, espero que estén teniendo un inicio de semana productivo y de nuevos aprendizajes, hoy como todos los lunes vengo a compartirles #MyHiveGoals, básicamente una actualización de mi progreso en mis 2 metas principales dentro de Hive, la primera esencialmente bajo la forma de HP, gestionando mis Hive líquidos y la segunda bajo la forma de HBD bloqueados o "ahorros en HBD" donde le estamos dando forma a nuestra estrategia de bola de nieve aprovechando los intereses que mensualmente recibimos del APR al 10%. Ya estamos a solo 2 meses y medio para termine el año, algunas de mis metas ya las he cumplido pero aún me faltan otras por alcanzar, en estas últimas semanas que quedan creo que es posible alcanzarlas, solo que debo organizarme mejor. Por ejemplo me desocuparé de mi carga docente en la universidad hasta la primera semana de Noviembre creo que hasta entonces no estaré tan activo en la blockchain. Pero antes de ver el progreso de mis metas, veamos el precio de Hive hoy.

Este lunes amanecimos con un notable descenso del precio, a unos 0,0489$ y aunque esta alejado de los 0,054$ que vimos la semana pasada, al menos no estamos al filo de los 0,04$, fueron tiempos realmente deprimentes aquellos, espero que no volvamos a descender a esos valores en las próximas semanas. De hecho, yo añadí Hives a mi billetera desde Binance donde los compré el viernes a un precio de 0,051$, no fue una pérdida porque invertí la mayoría de los fondos en activos NFT de Splinterlands.

Dejamos una parte de esos fondos en Hive líquidos para mantenernos constantes con los power up tanto cada 1ero de mes como los power up mensuales, es decir el hacer un power up todos los días de al menos 1 Hive. Aún así seguiré comprando hive y enviándolos a mi billetera, posiblemente la semana que viene para preparar mis próximas decisiones en el 2027 donde enfocaré la mayor parte de mi interés en aumentar mi HP.

Echemos un vistazo rápido a los Hives líquidos que tenemos actualmente, teníamos 298 la semana pasada y actualmente tenemos 332 Hives, hemos estado añadiendo fondos en las últimas 2 semanas. No se trata de llegar a una meta de Hive disponible en nuestra billetera, sino en tener fondos para hacer los diferentes power up en los eventos #HPUD y #HPUM. Como lamentablemente ya no dan las insignias de los #HPUM no puedo mostrarte esas insignias pero desde que empezó el 2025 hemos estado haciendo power up todos los días. La meta es simple, lograr hacer los 365 power up del año.

Por supuesto, la capacidad de hacer diariamente estos power ups, sirven a un propósito mayor y se trata de sumar al HP, de mantener como se ve en el gráfico un crecimiento constante de nuestro HP. Como mis recompensas están 50% en HP y el resto en Hive líquidos que convierto en HBD para después bloquearlos, el crecimiento no es tan grande como podría esperar. Sin embargo, fue suficiente para alcanzar la meta de este año de 12K HP y actualmente llevamos 13,5K HP generados entre publicaciones, votos y comentarios con el resto de la comunidad.

Queda pendiente retomar mis actividades de microblogging, este tipo de interacción ayuda considerablemente a tener una mayor proyección, conocer aún más personas y en el proceso generar Hive/HP extra. Solo necesito salir de mis obligaciones para retomar activamente la interacción en los snaps/waves y threads para mejorar los ingresos y que la gráfica tenga una pendiente más pronunciada.

Pasemos ahora a mi verdadero desafío para estas próximas semanas, nuestra meta de 2300 HBD. La subida este último trimestre de Hive me ha ayudado en el avance de esta meta y ahora si que es alcanzable en el tiempo que tenemos. Esta semana generamos 6,365 HBD que decidimos bloquear completamente ya que esta por debajo de los 8HBD y como mínimos neceto generar entre 8-9 HBD para disponer de una parte y reinvertirla en otro proyecto como splinterland.

Sumamos así 2241 HBD en ahorros y quedan 2 semanas de Octubre para lograr la meta mensual de 2250 HBD, lo que nos deja a solo 50 HBD de nuestra meta anual. Faltando 2 semanas y considerando que estamos a 15 días de cobrar los intereses del APR, es posible que para comienzos de noviembre si tenemos ingresos modestos, estemos ya sobre los 2270 y solo nos faltarían 30 HBD para los 2300!

Hasta aquí les dejo mi reporte de la semana amigos, aunque un poco alejados por el trabajo pero con el entusiasmo intacto por continuar creciendo en la web 3 a través de Hive. Saludos!
