The African spoonbill (Platalea alba)

Hi guys, so I finally got my computer fixed after it broke and I have good news!

I finally got photos of the African spoonbill, a bird that I have been wanting to photograph for the longest time now! I spotted him at the Rondevlei nature reserve in Cape Town, I love their odly shape bills!

I also managed to get one in flight!

I am busy preparing to go to Addo Elephant park on holiday at the end of April, so there should be a lot of content coming from there!

I saw a group of them once. A bit too far to catch them with my phone, but I could see how they were searching for food with those big beaks. So cool!
