From Joining to Judging

I was invited to be a judge at the same school where I studied in highschool. Every year, they celebrated Foundation Week and there were different contests. When I was one of the students there I used to join declamation, quiz bee, solo musical and Balagtasan. I often get the first place in declamation yearly... so maybe that is why they invited me to be judge this time.

It feels proud and it feels like only yesterday when I was the one joining the contests. Now, I am one of the judges... this is a memorable experience!☺️

Reading your story reminded me of my own school days when I also joined different activities and contests. Back then, I was always excited whenever there was a school event. It is amazing how time passes so fast. One day we are students competing on stage, and the next day we are being invited to guide and judge others. I think your students were very lucky to have you as one of the judges because you have real experience in those competitions. Your success in declamation shows your dedication and talent. I can imagine how emotional it must have felt to return to your school after many years. It must have brought back so many happy memories. Experiences like this remind us that hard work is never forgotten. I believe your story inspired many students to do their best.
