Back in the Philippines, I really loved this alcoholic drink called Gayuma.
I first tried it at one of the bars called Agimat and Ugat. I’m not sure if the bar is still open until now, but I still remember the experience and the interesting drinks they had to offer.
The bar had a wide range of unique and creative drinks, but Gayuma was definitely one of the ones that stood out to me the most. It had something special about it that made me remember it even after all these years.
Seeing a picture of it again brought back those memories and made me miss the Philippines a little bit. Sometimes, a simple drink can bring back a whole collection of memories from home.
