The truth is that there are always different ways to enjoy a good snack, so this time, friends, I surprised myself with what I cooked for the same and the truth is it turned out very well, that's why I'm sharing it with all of you I mean the PAN JALA.
The CHALLAH BREAD is a bread that is traditionally consumed on Shabbat and religious festivals by the Jewish community, which symbolizes love, unity, and family. It is prepared as follows, we must use the following: flour, warm water, yeast, and sugar, oil, it is prepared as follows, we add in a bowl, the flour, fresh yeast, and then we start kneading it until we have a dough with that consistency, then we form some rolls as we see in this photograph and we leave it in a bowl covered so that the dough rest a little.
After those minutes, we stretch it with the rolling pin and give it we shape them into strips, rather three, as long as possible.
To then shape it into a braid as we see in this photograph, after that, we take a tray, add a bit of margarine and we add the braids to it, then in a smaller bowl small, we beat an egg and with a brush, we paint the braids, then add a little sugar to each one, well, to each their own you can add some dried fruit to your liking, it also gives them a good flavor, that's why it's for the snack.
After all this process, we take the tray to the oven, so that it cooks, once the bread is cooked it looks like we see in the first photograph of this post.
NO ES POR NADA AMIGOS, PERO POR SER LA
PRIMERA VES PARA LA ELABORACION DE ESTE
PAN, EL MISMO SALIO EXCELENTE, SALUDOS.
