Hi friends, back with another Splinterlands related blog as we start a new season.

The new journey I started on Splinterlands after much gap was a good one so far as I could climb 2 divisions in the last season and earned good amount of Glint from bracket gold bracket.

But, with the limited number of Archons available, I couldn't go beyond division 6 and that made me to change the bracket to silver, which enables me with more than 40 Archons and I should have more wins although the amount of Glint I earn in the end may be bit less compared to Gold bracket.

The new season started few hours ago has already been more eventful for me as I could already reach division 7 from Silver bracket and that brings some rewards for reaching the new division as I share the details below.

The amount of Glint I earn is already close to 1K as you can see from the image and the reward points earning is also growing up as I am getting close to 3K reward points as of now.

I could remember I was earning way better in Gold bracket in terms of rewards points and Glint and I hope to repeat that as I move up in divisions this season in Silver bracket.

The division 7 loot chests and Glint rewards is as shown here happy to be back to playing Splinterlands and see these loot chests and rewards as I always cherish those!!!!

Every loot chest as we know, not only brings cards, but also most of the time multiple cards, potions or other assets like Guild tokens and all.

I am going ahead and see what I got from these loot chests as I have 5 of those to open.

LOL, I know these loot chests didn't go as I expected as I just got 1 card and 3 of those with Merits and 1 with energy.

The card I received, Mindless Thrall is one of those cards i am already actively using in my battles as I am a big lover of water splinter and the monsters associated with it as I get more wins from water splinter.

Obviously, the Mindless Thrall fits well with the Frontier water splinter summoner or Archon of Marlai Singariel as it provides +1 ability of attack to magic monsters and Mindless Thrall will have 4 magic attack and so, this new card will go well with upgrading this monster to next level sometime soon.

The good thing with Splinterlands is, we can even purchase these cards from market using the glint we earn.

The card I currently have it at level 3 is the one which gives me 3 magic attack and that goes to 4 with Marlai Singariel summoner used and couple of other magic monsters like "Abyssal Elemental" and "Mystic Scaleweaver" with a tank healer in "Anasth Soothsayer" makes it a formidable combination and couple of good front monsters will make it even more interesting.

With more Archons enabled for me to battle in Silver bracket, I am already thinking of going beyond division 5 and that should get me more glint in rewards and also will give me the chances of earning more cards thru loot chests earned after reaching new division.
