The SA Government Tried To Hijack The Greatest Rivalry Rugby Event Using Racist Policies

source

This Is Almost Unbelievable

The Greatest Rivalry rugby series which is currently underway had to fight off government interest by making it a solely BEE event. BEE is Black Economic Empowerment which is basically another word for corruption controlled by the government using racist policies. Below is a screen shot showing the "protected event" or more like the hijacking of the event and the effort the government made to try and get their share of the merchandise sales.

Putting things into context the SA Government tried to ban the Springbok emblem at one time stating it represented apartheid. The ruling party tried to get the springbok removed and now they want to protect it due to knowing the dollar value it represents and where they could benefit financially.

The angle the government is using is through protecting the branding and logo's used by the two teams so no counterfeit goods can be sold. This is their angle and if you did not know you would think this was them being admirable and concerned lol.

We know how they protect businesses as look at the cigarette market in SA with 7 out of every 10 cigarettes purchased being illegal. They could not police this so how will they protect this event? There is going to be counterfeit jerseys and flags etc and there is no policing or action unless the press are involved for an ulterior motive meaning an election is close by.

This however came with a set of stipulations and conditions which is unacceptable on all levels. The Greatest Rivalry is a rugby event that will be hosted every alternate 4 years by South Africa and New Zealand. This is so important to these rugby unions as this is their big fund raiser and now the profits would be trimmed with any government interference.

The governments idea is to only allow the previously disadvantaged population being themselves the sole providers of all merchandise and business revolving around this event. Not forgetting they have been in power for 32 years and have added nothing to the country and have only taken, hence the economy and unemployment figures are so dire. They are nothing more than leeches and the low life one would expect as they are starting to be despised by their own people. There is a reason why they do not want educated black people and that is they could think for themselves and may not keep voting them into power like they have 8 times consecutively.

This would require organizers to only select BEE status companies and individuals when contracts for the tour are awarded. This would include all marketing, merchandise, tour operators and whatever else would be included under their control. Every Springbok jersey would have to be made or sold via a black business which is wrong on all levels. Nike the jersey supplier would have these manufactured in Asia somewhere and never made locally. The begging bowl of the hyenas using racism to earn money via a sport that has no racism is just a low life way of making money.

This is how you kill great ideas like they have decimated all the SOE businesses that were once the backbone of the economy. There are no words to describe these types of people and I know what I would like to do and could not write this here. It is no wonder why nothing works in SA and the rugby team no jokes is the only thing that is a positive.

Thankfully we have independent funded groups that fight back on everyone's behalf and this has been buried and blocked for now. If this had gone through then State interference would have no boundaries when coming to private events.

This would have been very bad for both the teams as there would have been no difference to the existing merchandise besides having an extra hand taking their cut reducing the overall profitability of the tour. This only came about when they realised how much revenue was being generated and why this was literally two months prior to the tour and was never about the inclusion of previously disadvantaged people.
