It’s finally Friday, and I must say that the crypto market decided to give us a pretty nice TGIF gift today, LOL!
Seeing cryptocurrencies rallying again somehow made the day feel a little more exciting. After spending so much time looking at charts that seem to know only one direction, it’s refreshing to finally see some green. Even Bitcoin suddenly showing strength in such a short period makes me wonder whether we’re getting a small preview of a much bigger wave that could happen sometime in the future.
Of course, that’s purely my assumption—or maybe just my wishful thinking. 😅
I’m definitely not a market analyst, and I wouldn’t even attempt to predict where Bitcoin, Hive, or the rest of the crypto market will be heading next. Crypto has proven many times that it can surprise us in either direction.
But still... days like this are fun.
They remind us that the crypto market is still very much alive and capable of attracting attention from investors whenever momentum returns.
Price Is Exciting, But It’s Not Everything

While I’m happy seeing the charts turn green, I’ve also realized that price movements are becoming less important to the way I personally evaluate Hive.
Don’t get me wrong, I would absolutely love to see the price of HIVE pump together with the rest of the market. I’m sure most of us would.
But what I’m paying more attention to nowadays is development.
Are developers still building?
Are the frontends improving?
Are new applications being created?
Are people still finding reasons to participate in the ecosystem?
Those things matter more to me because price can change dramatically within a matter of hours, while genuine ecosystem development takes months or even years to build.
And if Hive is going to succeed in the long term, I believe its foundation has to come from usefulness rather than speculation.
A Coin for the Masses
Another thing I often think about is the actual movement of the Hive economy.
Instead of simply asking, “When will HIVE pump?” perhaps we should also be asking:
Are we actually using our tokens?
Are we spending them?
Are they being distributed to more people?
Are they serving their intended purpose within the ecosystem?
For me, these questions give us a better picture of the health of Hive than looking at the price chart alone.
One of Hive’s strongest features has always been its distribution model. People can earn tokens by creating content, curating posts, participating in communities, playing games, and contributing to different projects built on the blockchain.
That means Hive isn’t simply something that people buy and keep inside a wallet hoping that someone else will eventually pay a higher price for it.
It’s meant to move.
It’s meant to circulate between people.
And ultimately, I believe that’s what makes Hive a blockchain designed for the masses.
Something to Enjoy Through Every Market Cycle
Whether this current rally continues tomorrow, next week, or suddenly disappears again, I’m simply enjoying the moment.
Green charts are definitely nicer to look at than red ones, LOL.
But regardless of what happens to the broader crypto market, we Hive users still have something valuable here—a social platform where we can create, interact, earn, experiment, and participate in an ecosystem that continues operating through both bullish and bearish seasons.
That’s probably one of the reasons why I remain optimistic about Hive.
Price pumps come and go.
Market narratives change.
Attention moves from one blockchain to another.
But as long as Hive continues developing and people continue finding reasons to use it, I believe there will always be something worth looking forward to here.
For now, I’m simply enjoying this little crypto rally and the start of the weekend.
Happy TGIF, folks! 🐝🚀
Let’s enjoy the green while it lasts... LOL!
