Two of Three Sisters

DSC00462.jpeg

As we continued walking along the Bow river on this trail near Canmore, Alberta, a few more photos to share with you of the surrounding mountains. In the distance you can see two of the three sisters peaks. The three sisters peaks are a somewhat familiar staple in the Bow valley. Visible are “Big sister” and “Middle sister” — “Little sister” is out of view. Anyone who has been to Canmore would definitely recognize the Three Sisters’s Peaks. Have you had the chance to visit any Great Lakes or mountains this Summer? If so, tell us about it in the comment section below. Thanks for stopping by.

This image seems so different in audacity compared to the other majestic and colorful subjects😂😂

This is extraordinary; I have never seen mountain peaks this close together, between the first and second mountains before. It is truly beautiful.

As you've said, the third sister mountain is out of view. So how do you get to see it, since you cannot see it from afar off, looks like one needs to be closer to be able to get a proper view. Great shots overall, wow

Beautiful views—I love this combination of mountains and water. In Poland, in the Pieniny Mountains, there are the Trzy Korony—three peaks side by side, rising about 530 meters above the Dunajec River, which flows at their base.
