View from Above

Here we are on top of the world! Or at least on top of Mother’s Day hill, East Kootenay, British Columbia. It took approximately an hour and a half or so to hike up to this lookout point. The river flowing by is the St Mary’s river, a tributary of the mighty Kootenay river. After zooming in on the last photo (today), I noticed some people tubing on the river, which I did not even see when taking the photo orginally. That is the power of the 42 mega pixel Sony sensor, something the iPhone 16 pro certainly can’t come close to doing. Thanks for stopping by.

I have been sick, haven't checked out your posts..

I think looking at these pictures just proves why you probably prefer the SONY. the Sony has a bigger lens that let's in more light, and the iPhone will probably continue to be a phone with a camera, and definitely will never come close.

Whenever I zoom into the pictures too, I see a lot of details that I most can't (If I don't zoom) the beauty is breathtaking.

The view from high up can definitely transform the way we see the landscape,,, The high place offers us an entirely different view that allows our eyes to perceive scale and distance in a way that is otherwise missed at ground level. Great Capture,,, ♥️

Wow. What a nice camera you have... Zooming in still results in clear photos. Glad to see those people in there even though you're too far from them. Nothing can hide you now haha
