The Art of Plating: Spicy Catfish

At first glance, our food presentations today don't look like they are made from catfish. We present pieces of catfish, not the whole body of catfish. This is because it is usually for the presentation of catfish in this way cut into pieces.

We added elements like chopped onions and local basil leaves. In addition, we also add oranges that can be eaten after eating rice.
