Guava is a really delicious tropical fruit with a flavour that’s a mix of citrus and sweetness. It’s widely grown in parts of Latin America. My favourite is the one that’s pink on the inside. I also read somewhere that it contains up to four times as much vitamin C as an orange, so it’s a great source of collagen for our skin. I’m picking them with the aim of making some jam for the family.

What a lovely guava—it grows beautifully for you. Wow, I didn't know it has more Vitamin C than oranges. Could you share the guava jam recipe? I bake bread and would love to fill it with the jam. Best regards.
