Today was a slower-paced day, but full of smiles 😊

Spending the day with my youngest son is a completely different kind of activity – more spontaneity, more laughter, and… unexpected sprints after a running five-year-old 😄

There was a walk, some running, outdoor play, and the classic “Dad, look!” repeated every few minutes. A simple day, yet it gives more energy than many workouts.

Because sometimes the best steps are the ones taken together ❤️

Dziś tempo trochę wolniejsze, ale za to pełne uśmiechu 😊

Dzień spędzony z najmłodszym synkiem to zupełnie inny rodzaj aktywności – więcej spontanu, więcej śmiechu i… niespodziewanych sprintów za uciekającym pięciolatkiem 😄

Był spacer, trochę biegania, zabawy na świeżym powietrzu i obowiązkowe „tato, patrz!” powtarzane co kilka minut. Niby zwykły dzień, a jednak daje więcej energii niż niejeden trening.

Bo czasem najlepsze kroki to te robione razem ❤️
