My Actifit Report Card: September 28 2026

Happy Monday Actifiters!

I had a pretty significant setback in activity, as I was quite sick the end of last week. Thursday I was totally incapacitated and slept most of the day along with most of Thursday night. Well. Was a very unpleasant stomach bug that went through my household. Thankfully not everyone got sick but three out of five of us did and it was not fun

Thankfully I am almost back to normal today, even though there's a little bit of that lingering acting tummy trouble. That seems to follow something like this. But nothing compared to last week. So I'm grateful for that!

Needless to say, it cramped my activities for the end of last week and the weekend. But now that I'm back at work today, I took my usual lunch break, walk to get my legs moving and soak up some sunshine. It was a beautiful day for it and was great to be out and moving. I'm definitely thankful to be feeling almost completely well again!
