Do you rest at all? My Actifit Report Card: September 5 2026

When I told my friend what daily activities I have during my vacation, he quite reasonably asked me: "Do you rest at all?".

True, located in an excellent hotel, with great pools, based on AI, with animations, and me? Only in motion and walking 😀 And how can I not walk, when the kilometer-long path by the sea is one of the reasons why I chose this part of Cyprus for my "vacation".

Okay, I think I know your twin sister. 😂 She was with us on a vacation and while we'd all slowly wake up, get ready to head into town for some sightseeing, she’d walk into the apartment telling us she’d already walked around the city center twice, gone for a 6–7 km run by the sea, had a coffee and bought some souvenirs. 😅

The definition of "rest" is very interesting these days. What many people think is resting includes a screen, and that is not resting, at least for the brain. For the brain, what you're doing is a lot more rest. And the same for the whole body. Just walking around enjoying, without any secondary mission is truly relaxing.
