Un porta velitas con cemento 🕯 [Esp/Eng]

Hola amigos, ¡bienvenidos a mi mundo!

Cómo están ? Yo estoy bien, al fin tengo varios días seguidos sin exámenes, tengo evaluaciones pero son talleres y trabajos y no hay que estudiar, hoy tuve examen de matemática y castellano y creo que salí bien aunque de castellano ni terminamos la profesora se llevó los exámenes y tenemos que terminar el lunes.

Bueno como por fin tengo tiempo pude escribir el post para enseñarles un adorno que hice con una mezcla que hizo mi mamá en estos días y es un porta vela para poner en algún lado en mi cuarto 🤣

Bueno la mezcla que hizo mi mamá está en este post y es distinta a la de la flor que les enseñé la otra vez porque esta no es dura sino es aguada y la eché en un potecito que ella tiene para meter ponques para vender y hay que esperar para que se seque bien y ya. Todavía no tiene la velita porque me la tienen que comprar que son unas chiquitas que venden en los chinos que vienen como en una cosita de metal o bueno, plateada.

Necesitan esto

💗 Cemento blanco (3 cucharadas) 💗 1 cucharada Aditivo acrílico o pega blanca 💗 Agua 💗 Colorante rosado 💗 Un poquito de aceite 💗 Un potecito chiquito del tamaño de la vela 💗 Pincel 💗 Algo que pese un poquito y que entre en el potecito chiquito

Ahora el paso a paso

Esta mezcla es parecida a una crema y mi mamá la hizo con cemento blanco y algo que parece como pega que se llama aditivo acrílico pero si no tienen eso también le pueden echar pega de la blanca.

Primero se echa el polvo después la pega y se mezcla y después se le pone agua pero de poquito hasta que quede como medio espesa como una mayonesa más o menos. Bueno esa ella la hizo para hacer una bandejita donde poner mi cactus que tengo en el cuarto en la mesita de noche, y de esa a ella le quedó mezcla y yo le dije que si podía hacer un porta velita y otra cosita que hice, que es para poner photocards (cuando termine le enseño la foto para que vean).

Bueno ella me dijo que podía usar la mezcla porque ella no lo iba a usar más y me dijo que agarrara un potecito de los de ponque que son unos potecitos plásticos, entonces yo le puse una gotica de aceite y con el pincel se lo regué por toda por toda la parte que tiene rayitas y después le eché la mezcla con una cucharita como de dos dedos de alto nada más.

Después agarré el potecito chiquito que es de los que mi mamá tenía para darnos las medicinas cuando estábamos más chiquitos y le metí una metra de mi hermano y unas semillas y le eché aceite por la parte de afuera y lo metí en el medio de la mezcla dd cemento pero no hasta abajo sino una parte.

Después lo dejé en mi cuarto para que se secara y a mí se me olvidó eso y como a los 5 días fue que me acordé y lo fui a ver y ya estaba seco 🤣

Para sacarlo por si acaso no se me cayera yo lo volteé sobre la cama y salió facilito y mi mamá después me la lijó por la parte de arriba y ya así estaba lista ahora hay que comprar la velita.

Bueno, lo otro que yo les dije que hice fue una cosa para poner photocards que lo vi por pinterest que era que en una de las bandejas para hielo echaban el cemento y después le ponían un clip, pero mi mamá no me dejó usar lo de los hielos 🤣 y me dio otro potecito de los de medicina y también le puse aceite, eché el yeso y esperé como una hora para que eso se pusiera un poquito espeso y metí el clip y listo y de eso también me acordé cuando me acordé de lo otro 🤣

How are you all? I’m fine. I’ve finally got a few days in a row without exams. I’ve got assessments, but they’re workshops and assignments, so I don’t need to study. Today I had maths and Spanish exams, and I think I did well, although we didn’t even finish the Spanish one – the teacher took the papers away and we have to finish it on Monday.

Well, as I’ve finally got some time, I’ve managed to write this post to show you a decoration I made using a mixture my mum put together the other day – it’s a candle holder to put somewhere in my room 🤣

Anyway, the mixture my mum made is in [this post](https://peakd.com/@ rlathulerie/hagamos-una-base-decorativa-para-macetaslets-make-a-decorative-base-for-plant-pots) and it’s different from the one with the flower I showed you last time because this one isn’t hard – it’s runny – and I poured it into a little pot she has for putting cakes in to sell, and now I just have to wait for it to dry properly and that’s it. It doesn’t have the little candle on it yet because I still need to buy one – they’re the tiny ones sold in Chinese shops that come in a little metal or, well, silver-coloured holder.

You’ll need this

💗 White cement (3 tablespoons) 💗 1 tablespoon acrylic additive or white glue 💗 Water 💗 Pink food colouring 💗 A little bit of oil 💗 A tiny little pot the size of the candle 💗 Paintbrush 💗 Something that weighs a little and fits inside the tiny little pot

Now, the step-by-step guide

This mixture is similar to a cream, and my mum made it with white cement and something that looks like glue called acrylic additive, but if you don’t have that, you can also use white glue.

First, add the powder, then the glue, and mix it together. Then add water, a little at a time, until it’s about as thick as mayonnaise, more or less. Well, she made that to create a little tray to hold my cactus, which I have in my bedroom on the bedside table, and she had some mixture left over, so I asked her if I could make a candle holder and another little thing I made, which is for holding photocards (I’ll show you a photo when I’ve finished so you can see).

Well, she told me I could use the mixture as she wasn’t going to need it any more, and she told me to grab one of those little plastic cake tins. So I added a drop of oil and, using a brush, spread it all over the part with the little lines, and then I poured the mixture in with a teaspoon – just about two fingers’ high.

Then I took the little pot – the sort my mum used to have for giving us medicine when we were little – and put a bit of my brother’s hair and some seeds in it, poured oil over the outside, and placed it in the middle of the cement mixture, but not all the way to the bottom, just part of the way.

Then I left it in my room to dry, but I completely forgot about it. It was only about five days later that I remembered and went to check on it – and it was already dry 🤣

To take it out – just in case it fell over – I turned it upside down on the bed and it came out easily. My mum then sanded the top for me, and that was it – it was ready. Now I just need to buy the little candle.

Well, the other thing I told you I made was a holder for photocards that I saw on Pinterest: you pour cement into one of the ice cube trays and then put a paperclip in it, but my mum wouldn’t let me use the ice cube tray 🤣 so she gave me another little medicine bottle and I added some oil to it, poured in the plaster and waited about an hour for it to thicken a bit, then I put the paperclip in and that was it – and I remembered that too when I remembered the other thing 🤣
