I first sketched him out in Krita with one of the sketch pencils and the circle tool. I then made separate layers so I can outline his body, eyes and mane. I made a few extra layers for his marking and accessory. After I finished outlining him I added the background using some some of the sparkle textures.
I made him for a Universe I'm working on with a close friend. We're still devolving the characters and story for the AU. The current info we have for him can be found here: Jasper Heart
