The Beautiful Time I Spent with These Children

‎ ‎Hello friends of Hive, welcome to the @DailyBlog community. It has been a while since I posted in this community, but I'm glad to be back now, and I'm also excited to meet you all once again. ‎ IMG_20260426_120408_363.jpg

‎Yesterday, I had a very exciting moment with these children, and I can't just forget the beautiful memory we shared together. Three of the children are my nephews, while the rest are my neighbours. ‎ ‎It was Sunday, so the children decided to come to our compound to visit and play with my nephews. I was not around when they all came. Immediately I returned from the market, they saw me from a distance and ran towards me with full excitement, giving me a beautiful hug. ‎ ‎Actually, I'm the kind of person who loves playing and being around children. I love making them happy, and I think maybe that is why they also love being around me. ‎ ‎These children could not leave me alone. They all gathered around me, so instead of going inside and leaving them by themselves, I decided to stay with them and keep them company. ‎ ‎I started by playing a spelling game with them. I would ask each of them to spell a word, and seriously, these children are very intelligent and smart. What surprised me most was when I asked them to count from 1 to 500, and they did it without making any mistakes. Even the smallest boy, whom I thought might not be able to do it, surprised me. I was really happy to see how smart and intelligent they were. ‎ ‎After playing so many games, we also sang together. I taught them a beautiful children's song, and sincerely, they learned it so quickly that they became very good at singing it. Even after I was no longer with them, they kept singing the song. It was clear that they loved it so much, and I was happy about that. ‎ IMG_20260426_120155_586.jpg

‎At some point, I wanted to go back to the market because I had forgotten something I needed to buy. But these children did not want me to go. They insisted that if I went, they would follow me. I was actually surprised when they said that because I started imagining how much they enjoyed my company. So I decided to stay with them and make them even happier with different games. ‎ ‎At some point, I gave them my phone to play a game one after another. I told them that the person who got the highest points would be the winner. Honestly, that game made them even happier because I know children love playing games. ‎ ‎I spent time with them from around 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. They were all so excited to have me around. I was even surprised when I checked the time because I didn't realize I had spent so many hours with them. ‎ ‎Before leaving, I thought about taking some beautiful pictures with these children so that we could have something to remember this moment in the future. Pictures are important sometimes because they help us remember the beautiful moments we have shared with people. ‎ ‎So I told the children to come and take some selfies with me, and they were very excited. One of the little boys said he wanted to collect the phone from my hand and take pictures of all of us. I told him he couldn't, but he kept insisting. It was actually funny because he really wanted to be the one taking the pictures. Since I didn't want to discourage him, I decided to give him the phone. ‎ IMG_20260426_120549_951.jpg

‎However, his hands were too small to capture all of us in one picture, so he eventually gave the phone back to me, and I took the pictures myself. We were all excited about the beautiful moment we shared. ‎ ‎I'm so excited, and I feel so much joy inside me for having this wonderful moment with these little children. They really made my day sweet, and I'm glad I was able to make their day sweet too. I'm also happy that I got the opportunity to share this beautiful moment with all of you here in this amazing community. ‎ All the pictures are mine ‎ ‎THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR STOPPING BY MY BLOG 🙏❣️ ‎

Wow, you've spent a lot of time with them! They love games, that's for sure! But it's also very important that the person guiding them takes their job seriously—and it seems like you really love what you do! Thank you so much for sharing this and for offering the world this wonderful service.
