Learning Can Be Both Simple And Tough

Learning is a part of life; each day, as we go about our endeavors, we learn something new, either beneficial or detrimental.

It is as if we were wired to learn continuously. Personally, nothing makes me happy like learning something new or mastering something I already know.

I don't mind every day if my life is blessed with a new lesson every day. As obvious as it is that learning is part of our lives, we do not all learn at the same pace, and we can not learn everything.

No matter how good or smart one is at learning things, there are things that the person will never reach mastery in.

Those things can be easy for others, but to that individual, the learning experience might be difficult, and sometimes he or she might end up not learning that thing or learning just a little.

This applies to every human; there are things we can learn fast, no matter how smart or dull we are, and there are things we will learn slowly or never be able to comprehend till we give up.

One of the things I learned how to do without much stress is how to compose an article. Honestly, I didn't know how I started; I just saw myself writing.

I started with no knowledge of writing, a total novice with no teacher, but with the articles of others as a guide, and here I am today writing.

I know I am not so good at it; I have some lapses here and there, but I am happy that I can come up with content completely from my head and present it in a way that is readable and reasonable.

It's very easy to write, I know, but some people find it difficult; not that they are not smart, but it just happens to be so.

One thing I have been struggling to learn is programming. I have tried that thing many times and have had no encouraging results.

Each time I see my friend doing it, I feel like they are using some kind of magic because I have spent many years trying to learn it to no avail.

Maybe it's the people coaching me that are making it complicated, but to be honest, I have already positioned my heart that programming is a very difficult thing to learn, and I am not yet prepared to learn it.

The annoying part is that each time I see my lack of progress, I just feel like I am not good enough. I feel like I am dull and not serious enough; if not, others are good at it, but I am still struggling to learn even basic things.

Thank God for growth. I understand, with certain experiences, that not being good at something doesn't mean you are not good; sometimes we just need to give it more time and avoid unnecessary comparison because those good at it probably spent years there before being where they are.

Rushing learning is not good; we must learn to learn at our own pace and not be carried away by haste or the distractions around.

Dont allow your lack of progress discourage you... Frustration is a sign that you're putting effort... good things take time...

I agree with you that really need to learn at our own pace. And I as well find writing quite easy too, like a lot. And I love the way you concluded, the fact that we're not good something doesn't mean we're not good.

And about you learning programming, I'm sure you will when you're really ready too. I'm of the belief that it's hard too 😁and I've never for once tried to learn it even though I move tech skills

    Thanks for sharing. 💖💖💖

So I noticed your rules of concord was fantastic.

You are good at writing I must say, I am also in that learning curve of writing I'm very good at speaking but my writing is not as good as when I speak but when I see a good writer I do know.
