My phone seems to be on the way out. Noticed it rebooted today, hopefully it lasts another month as I am a bit skint 😜

Exercise today was a five mile walk.. nothing much else to day except been drowning in paperwork. Also got a crunch getting my next book sorted for publication in November so little free time for me at the moment. But alas such is life, at times the ups and downs make things interesting 🤔
