Espero se encuentren muy bien, estoy gustosa de presentar mi proyecto de hoy, quería hacer algo divertido inspirado en Halloween, me pareció que un par de gatitos negros serían geniales.
Trabajar con piezas miniaturas en este material es bastante difícil porque se deforma con facilidad, la idea es hacerlos lo más miniatura posible, quizá si lo intento con masa flexible podría hacerlos más pequeños, creo que mientras más pequeños se ven más tiernos.
Te cuento cómo los hice.

I hope you’re all doing great. I’m excited to present my project today—I wanted to make something fun inspired by Halloween, and I thought a couple of black kittens would be great.
Working with miniature pieces in this material is pretty difficult because it warps easily. The idea is to make them as tiny as possible—maybe if I try using flexible clay, I could make them even smaller. I think the smaller they look, the cuter they are.
I’ll tell you how I made them.

Moldea dos pelotitas de foami color negro para formar la cara del gato.
Aplana un poco y da forma de un triangulo con los lados redondeados.
Con el repujador, presiona un poco la parte del centro de cada pieza.
Moldea 4 pequeñas piezas en forma de triángulo para las orejas.
Pega cada pieza en el cuerpo de los gatitos.
Moldea 4 piezas en forma de triángulo pero más pequeñas, estás son la parte interna de las orejitas.
Moldea dos pequeñas pelotitas que formarán la nariz.

Shape two small black foam balls to form the cat's face.
Flatten them slightly and shape them into triangles with rounded sides.
Using the embossing tool, press down slightly on the center of each piece.
Shape 4 small triangular pieces for the ears.
Glue each piece to the kittens’ bodies.
Shape 4 smaller triangular pieces; these will be the inner parts of the ears.
Shape two small balls to form the nose.

Pega las dos pequeñas piezas de foami color rosado en cada oreja y con el repujador marca una hendidura en cada una.
Moldea 4 pelotitas pequeñas de color blanco, estas formarán los ojos. Une las piezas por par, solo un poco, me gusta hacerlo así para que se extiendan parejo.
Aplana un poco las pelotitas y luego pega cada una en los gatitos.
Debajo pegas la nariz.

Glue the two small pieces of pink foam onto each ear, and use the embossing tool to make a small indentation in each one.
Roll 4 small white balls; these will be the eyes. Press the pieces together in pairs, just a little—I like to do it this way so they spread out evenly.
Flatten the balls slightly, then glue each one onto the kittens.
Glue the nose underneath.

Moldea 4 pelotitas muy pequeñitas, estas formarán las pupilas. Pegas cada una en el lugar correspondiente, con la mirada que más te guste.
Dobla la punta de dos agujas con aro. Coloca pegamento e introduce en la parte medio de las dos orejas de cada gatito. Deja secar la pieza.
Una vez seca, introduce en cada una un arito para posteriormente poner el anzuelo de zarcillo.
Si es de tu agrado y no sufres de alergia puedes darle un baño de resina UV a las piezas, quedarán duras y brillantes.
Espero te gusten estos gatitos de Halloween como zarcillos.

Roll 4 very tiny balls; these will form the pupils. Glue each one in the appropriate spot, positioning them however you like.
Bend the tips of two ring-tipped needles. Apply glue and insert them into the middle of each kitten’s two ears. Let the piece dry.
Once dry, insert a small ring into each one so you can later attach the earring hook.
If you like, and you don’t have any allergies, you can coat the pieces with UV resin—they’ll become hard and shiny.
