The Toshnya River valley in the fog

I’ve been meaning to visit a certain still‑unseen suspension (or maybe it’s an ordinary) bridge over the Toshnya River for a long time, and now I’ve finally made the trip. A high hill, a steep descent, the river valley shrouded in fog. I started taking the first shots.

I began to explore the path to the bridge – it was unclear where to go and how to proceed, as there was fog all around.

I went down to the bushes, took a closer look at the silhouettes, and was even a little frightened – holy crosses appeared through the fog!

I didn’t know about this chapel; it’s clearly a new construction, but still…

I immediately started working on the angles with the little church.

And what about the bridge? I tried to reach it, but as I descended the hill, the fog became so dense that I simply lost all sense of direction...and the way...

The village of Aksenovo, which is on a hill next to the St. Petersburg highway, is not of interest.

And the village on the hill opposite remained unexplored.

I'll get to the bridge sometime anyway.
