HELP NEEDED! My Hive Account Has Been Hacked 😭

Hello my Hive family! How are you all? I hope you’re doing well. I’m doing fine too but today has been a really bad day for me because my Ecency account was hacked this morning. As soon as I woke up and checked my phone notifications I saw a notification saying that my master key had been changed.

Since then I’ve been trying to withdraw my funds but I haven’t been able to do so. I can still access my Ecency account and publish posts but I can’t withdraw my money. I honestly don’t understand why or how this happened because I haven’t clicked on any suspicious links or shared my password with anyone.

Now I don’t know what to do or how to recover my account. If any of you could guide me or help me recover my account I would be really grateful. I really need your help guys! 🙏❤️ Thank you so much for your support. Bye bye!

I'm going to guess that you created your account using Leo and that Leo is your recovery account. They have a major issue that is affecting 100s of accounts.

Try going to their Discord.

I wish I could help, but unless Ecency is your recovery account there is nothing I can do. Ecency accounts are safe.
