Talking about it influencing a person's way of living, i believe it does. People always shows the good part of their life, the luxury cars, house, watches and clothes and some of us just begin to hunger for those things without knowing if the people showing this things are real or fake.
Some will say"my friend just bought this expensive wears, why will I not buy it also." But in some ways, it also helps to motivate, because when you see you people doing better than you, you would also want to buckle up and try be like them, or better than them

But this are for some not everybody. They are also those who want to life the life someone who has worked for years is living without working as the person did. I call that greed and pride and that pride will always lead to a fall, maybe not now but soon, definitely.
Everybody has different ways of living their lives, they also have different goals in life, some people believe that by faking things they will attract wealth. While some believe in real hustle.
I hear some people say "fake it still you make it" and with all honesty, they did faked it and some of them are still faking it while those who didn't fake it are making it.
Like it doesn't make sense to fake things, why the pretends?
Some people already have pride in them and the people they see around them on social media, brings out those pride out from them. Don't get me wrong, its actually a good thing to dress clean and appear good, but people should learn how to cut the coat according to their size. Life is a gradual process, and if the process is not followed, then we crash.

I hate faking things, I love being plane matter the situation am in. I rather struggle and work hard to live my dream life than to pretend am already there while I am still struggling.
