Greece Vacation – Day 8... my holiday diary entry from October 18 2026

(My friend’s dog also took it easy yesterday, as this photo shows. He made himself comfortable on the roof terrace and enjoyed the beautiful Mediterranean view.)

Hi Actifitters,

yesterday was a low-key day, during which we limited our activities to a bit of sun, some grilling, and putting our feet up.

I think that was a pretty good idea, too, as I’m feeling significantly better now than I have over the last few days.

Of course, I still made sure to hit my mandatory 10,000-step goal. My streak has now reached 650 days, and I’m certainly not going to let a minor cold put an end to that.

Mission 80 (Day 112 = ? kg / Goal = 80.0 kg / Initial weight = 90.0 kg / Total loss = ? kg)

I’d rather not think about my weight at the moment. ;)

Let’s see what’s on the agenda for today. My buddy has to head out to see a client, but I’m not sure yet if I’ll go along. Maybe I’ll just stay home with the animals and take it easy for another day.
