My wife came back from shopping today for the ingredients we are going to use for today's pizza, and she surprised me with her choice of beers... The Behemoth is a really interesting brand that I have tried before, but this one was special, and oh boy... these are super juicy, yes they are! (just like the name indicates) With both NZ and USA hops, they managed to pack this one with lots of tropical flavours. And it's only 5% ABV! It was yummmmmmmy. These will accompany the pizza later!
