My Actifit Report Card: May 25 2026

Hello all actifiters,

Monday morning started on a relaxing note because our yoga instructor was unavailable, meaning there was no morning class. I woke up around 7:00 AM and managed to get to the office right on time.

The night before was incredibly disruptive. Our little one was suffering from a runny nose, waking up frequently and crying throughout the night, which left us with very little sleep.

The weather remains intensely hot, with temperatures continually rising. Although the forecast predicted some afternoon relief with incoming winds, the breeze never actually materialized.

Despite the lack of sleep and the scorching heat, I still managed to stay active and pushed through to finish the day with an activity score of over 14K steps.
