Today i would like to share the recipe of Bread Pakodadeep fried snack/fritter prepared mainly with stuffed aloo between the bread Slices then dip in gram flour, which is served with Green chutney or Tomato sauce. This is a delicious snack you can enjoy at tea time or for breakfast. Since it’s monsoon season in India, nothing beats the classic combo of rain and hot pakodas—try this recipe, and your friends and family will surely love it! There are many ways to make pakodas, but bread pakoda is the yummiest, and I made this one with potato stuffing. If you prefer, skip the stuffing, cut the bread, dip it in gram flour batter, and fry it.

First, we will make the batter. To make the batter, take gram flour in a large bowl.

Now add carom seeds, baking soda, salt, and chili, then mix well. Add water gradually, keeping the batter neither too runny nor too thick.

Whisk the batter well to ensure no lumps form, as gram flour is difficult to mix and requires thorough whisking. Your batter is ready. Set it aside.

Meanwhile, let's prepare our stuffing. If you already have boiled potatoes, that's great; otherwise, boil them fresh and peel them. Grate this thoroughly using a grater, ensuring no lumps remain. Add dry mango powder, salt, and red chili powder, then mix well so the spices blend evenly.

Now take a bread slice and spread the prepared stuffing evenly all over it, just as shown in the picture.

Cover with another slice and press down firmly to seal.

Now make two cuts using a knife as shown in the picture. You can shape it into triangles if you like, but triangles absorb more oil, which is why I made it this way.

Heat oil in a pan for frying
Dip into besan batter covering both sides.

Heat oil in a pan for frying, deep fry immediately into hot oil.

splash oil over bread pakora and fry on medium flame flipping occasionally.

fry till the pakora turns golden and crisp.

Your bread pakoras are ready. You can serve them with green chutney, tomato sauce, or garlic chutney.
It's Delicious and easy to cook recipe, try it. 'm sure you are gonna love it. Try this recipe and let me know how it is. For more indian cuisine stay connected to my blogs.
