CRAVING SATISFIED ( PORK HIGADO) FILIPINO DISH

Have you heard about this dish?? PORK HIGADO? I really don't know the name of this dish before but I've ate and seen this on any celebration here in our place especially Fiesta.

My hubby cooked Pork Higado for lunch these are the ingredients he used. The main ingredients are the liver and pork meat.

I forgot to asked the process on how he cooked it coz I'm too busy doing the laundry and our daughter was busy playing with her toys.

The last photo was the outcome. It was really good! Craving satisfied 😁. Thanks to my hubby.
