A lovely day to all of you guys just like my day... I had such a memorable trip to Shibuya today with my friends and coworkers. Even though I work here in Japan, I don't always get to visit this specific spot, so being there with the group really felt memorable and special for me. Looking at the photos we took together, I felt inspired to draw myself as a way to keep that memory alive and somehow permanent.
Oh btw I'm submitting this drawing for the sketchquest contest of @quatro because it truly inspired me. The place is busy and lots of energy although I omitted the background entirely as I want to keep the composition clean and simple. This drawing is a reminder that no matter how busy work gets, taking the time to explore a new place with friends is what gives us life and work balance. Sometimes we just need to slow down and pause, take a photo, and appreciate the company we keep. Those small, shared moments make life in a new place feel like home.
Thanks for following my sketches and for all the support. I hope this inspires you to find a little bit of magic in your own travels today
