In the past, my thoughts were basically that exercise had an age limit. That was when I was still very young; I always thought that doing exercises was mainly for those who are still in their youthful age, like sports lovers, those who plan to build their body muscles. Getting older, to me, means slowing down. I do not have that way of thinking again now that I know better and am mature.
I walk and exercise when I can. And when I'm home, I engage in some push-ups, planks, leg stretches, yoga sit-ups, and some other random exercises. And some days, I tend to do more. And some other day, I might not keep up due to busy days, tiredness, or simply not being in the mood for it. And over time, I've gotten to realize that engaging my body even in something small is far more better and healthier than me waiting for the perfect or fixed routine.

However, I have also seen older people take their health seriously by exercising at different ages, even if it's by jogging alone. I have seen older men and women around me walking instead of entering their cars, stretching, doing a little cycling, or engaging in very minimal workouts. I have seen older people in their sixties, and seventies still active, kicking and moving their bodies often. And seeing this alone has made exercises look less like something we young ones have to be participating in alone and more like something we can all adjust to as life moves on and to the best of our abilities.
Personally, the change that comes with it is how I see my body. Some exercise only to look fit; for me, I no longer do that. I engage myself in exercise because I still want to be used to myself, and to those around me and to also feel better both inwardly and outwardly. When we tend to sit for a longer period of time due to the nature of our work, our bodies tend to stiffen up at a point, but just simple walking and constant moving of our body can change that. It's simple yet efficient.
When I'm in my sixties or severities and above, I can not say what exercise will turn out to be for me. But I hope I am still moving even if I have to do it slowly and not rush myself.
