Hey guys, I'm getting later than usual. Things have been getting way more pretty hectic lately (that's a lot of adjectives) but I've been filling out my draft until, yes, finally I was able to publish this tonight.
Last Monday, Chris and I were talking about graveyards. He just wrote something about the Halloween yesterday so go and show some love.
So last weekend I really did visit my uncle.. there go the graveyard shots..
I don't know why people always associate Halloween with graveyards. I can just imagine my uncle rolling his eyes at being the main character in this spooky season. Just Kidding.
Talking about Halloween, I will be sharing songs from Evanescence for this week's #ThreeTuneTuesday. Let us not forget to mention @ablaze, 'coz without him there wouldn't be #TTT. Thanks, man, hope everything's well with you.
I actually don't fancy Halloween, I think I've already mentioned that before.. Sadako.. that bitch.. really left quite an impression that wrecks my head until now.
When it comes to dark and gothic, nothing can beat Evanescence, in fact, their songs still make it onto most Halloween playlists. Amy's emo style always gets me, not to mention her haunting and ethereal voice, coz well, she's a mezzo soprano.

I remember copying Amy as she sang while walking at the side of the building, lol. And yeah, aside from Avril Lavigne, she's also one of the most iconic punk/gothic figures of the 2000s. Ah.. my emo punk gothic days.. eyeliners, Chuck Taylors, clothes that are all black. Who died? You look like a homeless person mourning for someone,' my grandma would say.. because I was so not wearing the floral fuchsia dress she sewed for my Christmas Party.. shit looks like a tablecloth, i cringe.
BTW, I was writing a fictional story about an urban legend my grandma told us.. still unfinished, but yeah, I was listening to this song as I wrote it.. prolly dropping that before Halloween.

I also tried playing the Resident Evil 3 1999 edition (because of Raccoon City's anniversary last September 28). Still unfinished, 'coz damn, this girl forgot how scary it was to encounter Nemesis with his rocket launcher... such a rascal monster. That's also a good Halloween material.
A lot has been going on in my mind and I still have a lot pending. I guess that's the life most of us have these days as the holidays are fast approaching.
So yeah, this is a quick chit chat, and some great music.. you already know I'm catching up with posts so I will def do that before or at the weekends.. hope everyone is just doing well.
