Do you ever wonder how you can improve the quality of your thoughts to improve the quality of your life?⁣ ⁣ As a critical and strategic thinker, here are a few things I do to help sharpen my thinking abilities:⁣

– 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻⁣ ⁣ a. Go to YouTube⁣ ⁣ b. Search for guided meditation⁣ ⁣ c. Download a couple of them⁣ ⁣ d. Add morning and/or evening meditation to your daily activities⁣ ⁣ e. Based on your schedule, get an earphone plugged to your phone, listen and follow through⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Side note: ⁣ ⁣ It might take for you to get used to it, but with continuous practice, this will help you understand how you can easily train your mind to filter the noise from the world, clear your mind at thinking and help you become more productive in the process.⁣

– 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸𝘀/𝗝𝗼𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴⁣ ⁣ Taking time out of a noisy day to a 5-10 minute of walking or jogging also goes a long way to refresh the mind.⁣

– 𝗦𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽⁣ ⁣ When you're stressed, it becomes difficult for your mind to produce quality thoughts. ⁣ ⁣ To avoid this breakdown, I always try to ensure my day-to-day activities don't interfere with my sleeping routine.⁣ ⁣

– 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆⁣ ⁣ The more you study new resources, the more open your mind gets... And in turn, it affects the quality of your thoughts.⁣ ⁣ The goal is not just to think, but to think and produce quality thoughts.⁣ ⁣ So when the mind is in shape, thinking and producing better thoughts that can increase the quality of your life becomes a walk in the park.⁣ ⁣ Any of these can be tried to see if they work for you.⁣ ⁣ I hope this helps.⁣
