[AI x Japan] A conference was recently held in Japan regarding the use of a voice actor's voice after their passing (it was determined that this is permissible, provided the voice actor gave their consent while still alive). I support such practices and believe they should become the standard. I agree that there are rare, singular exceptions that are extremely difficult to replace (Masako Nozawa as Goku—I may not be a fan myself, but that is one of the most recognizable voices in the world; let’s not even debate that—in any village on Earth with access to television or the internet, you’ll find at least one person who knows something about Dragon Ball). However, these are exceptions. As a general rule, a new actor should be brought in. And in cases like Goku... the voice should change once his original generation of fans has passed on. I know, it sounds cruel, but unfortunately, that is simply how it works.

Popieram takie rzeczy i uważam że powinny być standardem.
