To break out of the routine, I made a traditional hamburger with a few tweaks: instead of beef, I used shrimp and fish, along with lettuce, an egg omelet, and cheese—cheddar in slices and in sauce—and that's it. Simple, but delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 potato (196 grams)
- 170 g fresh, peeled shrimp
- 320 g cooked, flaked fish
- 2 eggs
- 1 clove of garlic
- 60 g assorted vegetables (leek, green bell pepper, scallions, and sweet chili pepper)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Breadcrumbs and breading mix to taste
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- Cheddar sauce to taste
- 1 hamburger bun
- 10 g romaine lettuce
- Oil for frying

Preparation
1.- We make an omelet with one of the eggs, add a slice of cheese cut into pieces, and then fry it in a skillet. We place it on paper towels to remove the excess fat.e.

2.- Cut the shrimp into small pieces.

3.- Add the shrimp and fish to a bowl, along with the minced garlic and the seasonings.

4.- Add salt and pepper to taste, along with the paprika and the egg, and mix well.

5.- Next, combine the breadcrumbs and breading mixture on a plate to taste. Assemble the burgers, coat them with the dry mixture, and brown them in a skillet on both sides. Place them on paper towels and top each with a slice of cheddar cheese..

6.- We wash and sanitize the lettuce.

7.- Let's make the hamburger. Split the bun, add cheddar sauce to taste, then the hamburger patty with cheese, the tortilla, and the lettuce—and you're done..

Enjoy a delicious hamburger while looking out over the ocean.
