I only took one photo—which, by the way, was the best one out of several shots. The iguana occupies a large portion of that long wall, which serves as a canvas. I thought it was an incredible piece—colorful and very beautiful. Around it, some plants complement this sublime street art, as if it were a single landscape. The iguana is an animal that’s often seen in parks and trees in urban areas. It’s also part of the region’s characteristic environment.

The photograph for this contest was taken on Carupano Avenue in the city of Cumaná, Sucre State, Venezuela. The artwork was created by the well-known artist Yubel. This is my entry for the CCC Street Art Contest #323.

Solo tomé un foto, que por cierto, fue la definitiva de varias tomas. La iguana, ocupa una porción extensa de aquella larga pared que funge como lienzo. Me pareció una obra increíble, colorida y muy bonita. A su alrededor, algunas plantas complementan este excelso arte callejero, como si se tratara de un solo paisaje. La iguana es un animal que suele verse con mucha frecuencia en parques y árboles de zonas urbanas. Asimismo, forma parte del entorno característico de la región.

La fotografía para este concurso fue tomada en la Av. Carúpano de la ciudad de Cumaná, estado Sucre, Venezuela. La obra fue realizada por el conocido artista Yubel. Esta es mi entrada al concurso de Arte Callejero del CCC #323.
