Tremendously rainy. That's my Monday for you. Well it's not surprising as it's monsoon season here. It's been a while since we got really rainy days. This one was a bit extreme as it supposedly dumped a week's worth of rain in two hours. 🤔 At least that's what I read. Well a lot of streets in the metro are flooded as usual. That's not a surprise anymore. What's surprising is the problem has still not been resolved. It seems most folks are resigned to the fact that floods are part of normal lives. 🙄 I do wonder what's happening to the probe into the flood control projects corruption case. 😒
That's the last dinner we had at Coron, Palawan. We rode a tricycle to Ramen Sakura Japanese Restaurant. The meals were yummy and affordable. The fruit wines we had with dinner were also lovely. 😋
Just going to drop some more photos from Twin Lagoon. We were lucky we got good weather towards the end of our Palawan tour. Otherwise island hopping would not have been as enjoyable as it was. 😅
Kayaking was fun. I was glad I tried it at all. 😆 My photos may seem a little blurry as my mobile phone was in a plastic case to keep it dry and safe from the water. 😛 Overall, we really had a grand time during our Palawan tour. Alas, time passed quickly, and now, my vacation felt like it happened ages ago. 🤣

This quote is perfect for folks with main character energy. 😜 No matter what you believe, I believe that not everyone's cut out to have that form of energy. Some could really be great trailblazers, while others are quite content to be NPCs. At this stage in my life, I think I tend to lean on the latter now. It's just too tiring to always be pushing hard so much. I mostly just want to slow down. 😅
